Oakland Codes will soon launch a digital careers platform, based on LinkedIn for our collective youth, tech industry volunteers, and tech companies. The platform will allow us to track participants through our programs and provide an engagement & accountability system for tech companies and employees to showcase their work towards workforce diversity.
